Musicians Empowerment Collective is a 501c3 organization that gives grants to musicians making under living wage and a sister organization of The San Diego Music And Art Company.

Among a variety of funding sources, one of our primary ways of raising money is by offering booking and live sound programming to venues. Rather than having profit margins end up in the pockets of bookers and promoters, we give these proceeds back to working musicians.
